Bonus Terms and Conditions
All terms and conditions contained herein apply to Wolf Winner Casino. No rights in these terms and conditions, any other terms, graphics, text, concepts, or methodologies may be derived from the use of the website and/or materials obtained from it.
Each clause of the rules in this section is a separate wording and will remain in effect as a separate wording until it is deleted or changed. If any of the rules are removed or amended, the remaining rules will continue to apply. All dates and times stated are based on Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) unless otherwise stated.
Only players who have created an account at the casino site may receive promotional offers.
Individual customers may only have one (1) gaming account.
All details provided in the registration of the Player Account must be genuine and match the player’s official name. The name of the Player Account holder must match the name of the credit card holder. If the credit card and account information do not match, the offer will be canceled.
Only adult players are permitted to play on our site. The minimum age permitted in all circumstances is 18 years old, except for the specific laws of certain countries.
Players are not permitted to transfer their accounts to third parties for use in the casino site and promotional purposes.
Our management may unilaterally cancel or change the terms of any promotional activity without notice to the players.
Employees are prohibited from playing here. This includes officers or directors, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or other agencies, media partners, retailers, and their immediate family members.
In the event of a dispute or disagreement, Casino’s decision will be deemed complete and final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
To participate in a promotional offer, the player must read and agree to the rules.
Promotional offers from the casino may be published in different languages. However, in the event of any dispute or discrepancy between the original English version of the promotional terms and conditions, the English version will always take precedence.
By accepting any prize or winnings on the Wol Winner platform, the player consents to the use of his/her name for promotional purposes, except where prohibited by law. The Company reserves the right to use the name and the first letter of the surname for promotional purposes without providing any additional remuneration.
Wagering
Our bonus system is divided into a bonus account and a real account. Each player is entitled to use the gifts according to the wagering rules and convert them into real money in a real account. Advantages of this approach:
- It is visible which funds are gift funds and which are real funds;
- Players can follow the bonus wagering conditions to control the withdrawal of the bonus into real money.
- Players know when and how much they can cash out.
The player’s bonus account can be used instead of wagering, but it cannot be cashed out.
Only when the bonus account balance reaches zero can the player’s bonus account be cashed.
Gift funds credited to the player’s account are subject to:
- 40 times (40X) play-through on promotional bonus;
- 50 times (50X) play-through on the welcome offers and any match bonus of 100% or more;
- All deposits and free cash bonuses expire after 30 days;
- All free spins expire after 2 days;
- Wagering requirements may differ depending on the bonus type.
Please note that wagering percentages vary from game to game, up to 1000% of the wagered amount:
- Video slots count towards the 100% wagering requirement;
- Classic slot machines count for 75% of the wagering requirements;
- Table games: Poker, Baccarat, Roulette – 8% of wagering requirements;
- Video poker and all types of blackjack will count for 2% of the wagering requirements.
The wagering requirements of the gift do not depend on the amount of the deposit to the game account. The gift cannot be withdrawn until the gift has been wagered following the wagering requirements until the gift has been forfeited, or until it has expired.
The gift funds are automatically transferred to the player’s account as long as the wagering requirements are met.
Gift funds are initially used for any bets. After the bonus account is depleted, the real money will be used. It means that the player’s money does not participate in the game as long as there is a bonus.
Winnings from bets placed from the player’s cash account will be credited back to the player’s cash account. Winnings from bets placed from the bonus account will be credited back to the bonus account accordingly.
Gambling in slot machines and the doubling feature in video poker do not count towards the wagering requirements. Only initial bets will be taken into account, after which any doubling instructions will be issued to the cash account balance.
The Casino may restrict or terminate a Player’s access to the Bonus if the Player fails to meet the wagering instructions by the end of the period specified.
The maximum wager that may be placed is $/€20 until the wagering requirements are met.
Bonus rules
- Wagering requirements apply to all types of bonuses other than cash bonuses.
- Minimum amount for gift withdrawal is $/€ 20.
- Only one gift can be received for one deposit.
- Player has to individually choose the bonus they would like to get when making a deposit.
- The player has to be personally sure that he deposited the amount necessary to get the desired bonus. If the player wants to get a big gift, the deposit has to be bigger.
- If the player does not wish to receive any bonuses, he may contact our support team or choose not to receive any bonuses when creating a player account.
- In promotional offers the gift amount is displayed in $/€ unless otherwise stated.
- The following countries are not eligible for a gift: Albania, Algeria, Argentina, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Central Africa, Chile, Croatia, Finland, Georgia, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Latvia, Mexico, Norway, Pakistan, Poland, Russia, Serbia, Switzerland, Thailand, and Ukraine.
